Sheppard Partners creates and delivers bespoke organisation development programs and has successfully implemented them for a range of clients in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, including leadership and management development programs in RSA, Central Africa, Japan, China and South America.

Dr Sheppard holds degrees in economics, psychology and education, is a registered psychologist, and teaches regularly in executive education and Master of Psychology programs. His business experience and strong academic background make him a sought after consultant, lecturer and seminar leader.
