Dr Terence Sheppard is a business consultant with more than 20 years experience assisting managers all over the world to create more successful organisations. In 1984 he founded Sheppard Consulting Group which he built into a major consultancy employing more than 50 staff with offices in Adelaide, Sydney and Hong Kong.
